I will work on collaborative accounting projects that require input from multiple team members and foster a sense of shared responsibility and ensure I understand my role within the project.

How do you plan to accomplish this objective?
Example response: I will demonstrate the application of knowledge appropriate to the Construction Management discipline by seeking to understand the project scope and objectives. This includes understanding the project scope and demonstrating understanding of project requirement and expectations. I will also seek to identify potential risks associated with pre-construction activities and understand effective mitigation strategies. I will also demonstrate an understanding of risk management principles and their application in the context of construction projects. I will also participate in the bid process, including the preparation of bid documents and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers and gain experience in evaluating vendor proposals, negotiating contracts, and selecting appropriate subcontractors.
How, when, and by whom will this objective be evaluated?
Example response: My supervisor will assess my ability to identify and solve problems that arise during pre-construction activities and evaluate my decision-making process and rationale behind the choices I made.
