The Northern Kentucky University chapter of Phi Beta Lambda received 18 awards at the 2018 PBL State Leadership Conference at The University of Kentucky earlier this month.
The PBL State Leadership Conference provides college students with the opportunity to develop leadership and professional skills, and to compete academically against students throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky by taking examinations and giving presentations in multiple business related disciplines.
Phi Beta Lambda members who placed in events at the state level this year are eligible to attend the National Leadership Conference in Baltimore Maryland in June. At the national conference, state winners will work as a team to represent Kentucky while competing in their winning events against other PBL students from across the United States. PBL is open to any student from all majors at Northern Kentucky University who are interested in building their professional skills.
