Economic Analysis and Business Research.

The Center for Economic Analysis and Development engages in economic analysis and business research, conducting high quality, objective research on issues related to the current and future economic well-being of businesses and communities throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We collect, analyze, and disseminate business, economic, and demographic data providing timely information on current and future trends. Specific activities include, but are not limited to, regional economic and industry forecasts; workforce projections; industrial surveys (employment/technology needs); population projections; cost-benefit studies; basic data collection; and basic demographic research.
